WE HAVE EXCITING NEWS! Your favorite cardio class, Cardio Mix Up, is back on the roster starting January 10th at 8am!!! It is on the schedule now for sign ups. Classes will take place every other week in January and then the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of every month. If you are someone who purchased a class package specifically for Cardio Mix up and your classes are expiring soon, please send me an email as I will extend your expiration date with Niki's injury (she was supposed to be back in November).

This is also the last day for NO SIGN UP FEE on new memberships. I might be nice and let it go until tomorrow as well 😉 but get on it! Link below to sign up.

Tomorrow’s full body blast will be a Pilates class in its place, so if you’ve been wanting to try it out and haven’t got the chance through the week, come check it out! Saturday, December 27th at 9am in the classroom. Sign up on the website or app using a class package (makes it $10 a class) or do a drop in for $15. Sweat with ya in the morning 🫶

A snowstorm couldn’t stop this community ❄️ Still buzzing from all of the love and support we were shown Saturday at our ribbon cutting ceremony even as snow and poor road conditions swept in. We’re beyond grateful for the support, the familiar faces, and all the new members who joined the Iron Ritual family. Your energy, encouragement, and belief in this gym made the day unforgettable. Hitting this milestone feels huge and we’re excited to keep building and improving the gym together. Next up: breaking ground on our new aerobics room. This is just the beginning- Sarah & Jake 🤘🖤

We're just ONE DAY away from our Ribbon Cutting & Grand Reopening Celebration at Iron Ritual Gym and we can't wait to see you there!

Members can drop their items at the box located at the gym and everyone can bring items Saturday. If you or someone you know has been interested in signing up, now is the time! We would like to ecstatically invite you ALL to the Grand Reopening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Iron Ritual Gym with the Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, December 13th at 1pm. 🎉 This is a public event and the gym will be open to all.

As we approach one year of rebranding and updates (with lots of hiccups, setbacks, and letdowns 😅) we have taken the time to not only look at the journey ahead and our massive to do list, but to take a look back at where we started and how far we have come. While my perfectionism and high standards wanted to do this event once all of the biggest renovations were done, realistically (and financially) it could take another year. So in the spirit of “done” is better than “perfect” we are pushing through to the event with all the grit and sweat we can muster and hoping to have a product our community can all be proud of.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will happen at 1pm 🎀 then an open house will continue until 3pm if you have any interest in checking out the gym, getting a membership, or just hanging out. We will be doing no sign up fees and your first month free if you come and sign up at the event! The no sign up fee promo will be lasting from December 13th- January 2nd to entice you lovely people to come work on your goals with us. With free in person equipment tutorials, free training programs, and affordable options for accountability, we will not let you fail. You just have to take that first step 🫶

This vision wouldn’t be possible without all of your love and support, amazing energy, referrals, and ability to adapt to all the changes as the gym changed hands yet again. From Blair’s to Pulse Fitness to Iron Ritual this is ONE BAD ASS COMMUNITY THAT DOESN’T QUIT. We can’t wait to see you all there!!!! - Sarah & Jake

Hey crew! We've got some exciting changes to our schedule and offerings. Updated October schedule includes Strength Training classes permanently changed to 5:30PM on Mondays and Wednesdays and Yogalates on Tuesday and Thursday AMs from 8:30-9:30.

There's now a discount class package for our seniors 65+ making a class package $80 (only $8 a class!). Nab it from the GymMaster Member app or the portal.

We also have some workout programs available for free for members if you're struggling finding your way around the gym. Just send me an email to [email protected] and I'll set you up with the program that is the best fit for you. Let's get ourselves into routine before the winter sadness and darkness hits!
