Give it up for Bob! Bob turns 65 this year and is going for a personal best deadlift of 400 lbs next week. Not bad for a guy who works behind a computer all day. Age is just a number!

Kinex would like to welcome Amanda McFadden to our team of amazing personal trainers! Amanda has had her personal training certification for 6 years and is NASM certified. She graduated with a bachelors in health science with a focus in physical therapy.

She is a single mother with an 8 year old daughter, Sloan! Amanda loves being outside as much as possible but when she is stuck inside she loves to read, cook, and watch crime shows.

Amanda enjoys working with people who are beginning their fitness journey. Her main goal is to help you reach yours, see your confidence grow, and help you build a better life! She would love to be your accountability partner and use her knowledge in health and fitness to take you to the next level!

Kinex will be running a two week promotion and those who sing up to train with Amanda will get 1/2 off their first month of training!

Everyone is in the Halloween spirit today at Kinex!

Sad day today. As most of you know this is Tyler’s last week at Kinex. As his boss, I’m sad he’s leaving. As his friend, I’m so happy and excited to see him pursue his Masters degree in cyber security.

Tyler is one of those rare, humble, selfless trainers who truly cares for his clients. Most of his clients have shed tears this week and that says a lot about what a great trainer and human Tyler is. He came to work every day with a smile on his face and always created great conversations. Most importantly though, he loved helping his clients and became more than just their trainer.

To say you’ll be missed is an understatement but we love ya buddy and couldn’t be more proud of you and excited for your future.

If you train at Kinex, or have in the past, and want to say bye to Tyler stop by Riggs tonight at 5:30.
