Well kids, it’s happening again. Starting in September, we will be back in NYC! Pilates info below!!

Because it only felt natural, I will be back at for private sessions at the W76th club. Monday and Wednesday 9-1. Thursday 12-2. Group fitness classes TBA. You must be a member AND VACCINATED to see me at Equinox.

Tuesday and Thursday I will be able to see anyone else! 9-1 at located at W80th and Amsterdam. It’s a beautiful 900 sq foot studio with tons of light and full of equipment!!!! Only 4 instructors/clients at a time. No membership needed. Contact me for pricing. You must show proof of vaccination.

Zoom sessions are also still happening. Private sessions only. Contact me for pricing and schedules.

I’ve had such a good time reminiscing this past month. The truth is, I’ve been a bit far removed from the classical Pilates world this past year. With lockdowns, moving out of NYC, not having access to a Pilates studio with all the apparatus, and not being able to work in the system myself for over a year, it’s been so nice to revisit the greats.
