🙏🏻I wanted to share some motivation with those of you who watch. I’m not going to pretend i understand all of your situations but i will say that we are all in this together. Stay busy, stay motivated, and most of all stay above water. We are being tested. Do not let isolation lead to depression. Find fun ways to build an efficient workout with what you have available. 🎦Density and Fullness...
🔹My Training periods vary between Strength/Mass vs Density/Fullness vs Shredded. Depending on my current goal sometimes i have to be in a caloric surplus and allow my abs to fade as opposed to lowering my caloric intake and peeling off fat. Try this exercise to help increase chest muscle density. Standing cable press superset with cable fly. Press 8-10reps then go right into the fly. To complete the set finish with the press/fly combo one more time without putting the cables down. Congrats you just finished set ☝️. lol Total of 5 sets ...Gluck “Liam Neeson voice”

🔌🔋After a much needed mini break, I’m back for the gains. My focus has been more towards strength increase than all aesthetics. Now it’s time to switch it up again. Keeping ur routines fresh and progressive is what will produce results and excitement over the long haul. I don’t know about you but i want to still be in shape 10 years from when most will not. It’s doesn’t have to be an obsession but does have to be one of your top priorities. Like it or not results don’t come from sitting around wishing for them. Btw flex hard it’s friyay💪

Weekend Hikes 🌿...as active as I am it is still hard for me to unplug from life and my phone. I made it a point to put my phone away until i wanted to take a pic. Then, put it right back in my backpack. Set aside time to get outside and enjoy the freedom. There is nothing on your phone that will give you this feeling. ✌️
