Today's the day! Nominate yourself or another Member for one of the two seats that are becoming available on our Governing Board of Directors. Woodland Hills Club belongs to all of us, just as we belong to it.

Board meetings are held in person or online, and they’re typically scheduled for the third Monday or Thursday evening of each month.

There are standing committees, and we often have special or ad hoc committees as well.

What a gorgeous night at Woodland! Here's a super important safety update for all Club members:

As of today, August 21st, party reservations have concluded for 2026. Members who have not already registered their parties by this date may not host groups at the Club for the remainder of this season. In late summer, when most of our lifeguards have left for college, work, or other commitments, it’s not possible to staff our pools sufficiently for welcoming groups while maintaining a safe lifeguard-to-attendee ratio.

2027 party reservations will open this spring, via our Party Request Form:

UPDATE: Unfortunately our management team has had to cancel this event because we don't have enough lifeguards available to maintain a safe ratio of guards to swimmers. It's a bummer! Know a certified lifeguard who might be available to work at Woodland in August or September? Please let us know!
