Upward Families - we received about an inch of rain, so we kindly ask that you please reserve the parking at the water tower for handicap parking only. Also, please do not park in the grass along the road, as it is very wet and we want to avoid damaging the area.

🏈Upward Flag Football is looking for volunteers to help referee games this week! Volunteering for one game would make a huge difference!

If you’re willing to help, please sign up using the link below. Thank you for supporting our athletes and helping make Upward possible!

Each team is asked to cover referee time slots throughout the season. Two referees are needed for each game (2/3 Division and 4/5/6 Division), so please plan accordingly. Challenge your family to encourage someone this week through an act of kindness or generosity. Then, pray that God will help your child be someone who builds others up every day. 💙🏈📣

This week, our athletes are learning that our words can encourage others. Read 1 Samuel 23:16–18 together and talk about how Jonathan encouraged David during a difficult time.

Challenge your family to intentionally encourage someone this week. A few kind words can make a big difference! Pray that God would help your child use their words to bring hope, confidence, and encouragement to others. 💙🏈📣

Upward families, pictures are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday this week at Trinity Church in the SLC (west end).

🔴🟡 Athletes should wear the red and gold side of their jersey.
🏈 Football players: No flags or arm bands for photos.
📣 Cheerleaders: Please bring your pom poms and megaphones!
