On this beautiful 90 degree sunny day, I was reminded of my days living in Hawaii. So, naturally I was inspired to make my favorite sweet treat and iced latte. AND, let me tell you! I WANT DOUBLES!🤤❤️

Papaya bowl:
- squeeze of lemon
- coconut yogurt
- homemade granola
- blueberries
- natural peanut butter
- goji berries
- local raw honey on top

Iced coconut latte:
- double espresso
- coconut water
- unsweetened coconut creamer
- splash of whole milk

If you didn’t know… now you know.

Every Tuesday at 9:45 I’m teaching Pvolve’s weight training class and we are officially picking up the heavy things.

This class is all about building muscle, improving bone density, and getting stronger for life. We’re talking weights from 5 lbs all the way up to 20 lbs! progressive overload, stability work, and muscles that actually do things for you outside the studio.

And before anyone panics…
Lifting heavy won’t make you bulky. It’ll make you strong, resilient, and harder to knock over when life throws stuff at you.

So if you’re ready to grow some muscle, support your bones, and feel like a powerhouse, I’ll see you Tuesday.
