Montclair Norsemen Rugby

Tierney’s is already part of the Norsemen story.

Downstairs at the bar. Upstairs for club events. After matches. With teammates, alumni and friends.

So when it came time to launch the Norsemen B**r, there was one place we wanted the first pour.

Tierney’s Tavern.

On October 24, Norsemen B**r officially hits the tap.

50 years of rugby. A lot of matches. Even more stories.

Since 1976, Montclair Rugby has always been about more than what happens between the touchlines.

It’s the friendships. The road trips. The post-match pints. The people who played years ago and still show up today. The third half.

And now we’re adding another chapter.

The Norsemen B**r.

Brewed by Man Skirt Brewing and poured at Tierney’s Tavern, right here in Montclair.

Our goal is bigger than one launch night. We want the Norsemen B**r to become a regular part of the Montclair community — just like the club has been for the last 50 years.

We went looking for a b**r worthy of the Norsemen name.

So we headed to Man Skirt Brewing in Hackettstown, tasted the options, debated the options… and found the one.

Now it’s coming to Montclair.
