We want you to indulge without the bulge this 🍁 and holiday season 🎉! The way to do that is easier than you may think: The SlowBurn Method and intermittent fasting. We call it “Fast to Feast.” Here’s how it works:
Fast:
- Finish dinner around 7 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving.
- After, don’t eat another calorie, but be sure to stay hydrated with non-calorie liquids like tea, water, seltzer or black coffee. -You are now in priming the body to enjoy the feast later.
Feast:
