This is a GOOD thing.

In a Lagree class, the shakes happen when your muscles are under sustained tension and reaching fatigue. The slow, controlled movements and long holds recruit more muscle fibers as your body works to maintain the position. That trembling feeling is your muscles being challenged to keep producing force as they tire.
