The mission of the Marlboro Boys & Girls Club is to provide a positive environment that encourages learning and a venue conducive to a progressive future for all youths who participate. Principles of good sportsmanship, instruction of fundamentals, and the welfare of all individuals are all key components of the club's objectives. The club promotes the development of good citizenship within our bo
ys and girls, in addition to providing a thoroughly supervised atmosphere. Leadership is provided by seasoned mentors drawn from the communities of Prince George's County who accept the responsibility of our youth's future. The MBGC wrestling team is a member of the Southern Maryland Junior Wrestling League (SMJWL). There are currently 14 teams who participate in the SMJWL. The MBGC Wrestling program is a competitive team for boys and girls. We provide a safe, positive and competitive learning environment for our youth. If you are looking for a sport that builds confidence, discipline, and mental concentration then look no further. It doesn't matter if your child is big or little, the only thing that matters is their willingness to try.
