Up for half lease!!
Take a Chance “Chance” is a 14 year old 15.1hh Appendix Gelding. Chance is a fantastic boy, he is a 3 day eventer, and LOVES to jump. Has a very solid W/T/C and is learning how to be a trail horse. Only reason for the lease is owner’s work schedule changed and she can’t ride as often as she would like to.
Lease would be for 3 rides a week as well as the ability to take lessons with barn trainer and attend shows.
Cost: half board and half the farrier bill. Please reach out with serious inquiries.

Sweet mare, 15.2hh available for part time, on-site lease. This mare has been there and done it, with 3 very smooth/comfortable gaits. She is a kind and quiet mare that loves people especially children. While she's primarily ridden in the hunter ring, she also has experience with both dressage and jumpers. Best fit for this mare would be a lower level hunter (around 2ft) or dressage rider
Full access to facilities- large Indoor arena and Rosaryville State Park trails
