We have taught a successful "Special Needs" Martial Arts Program at the Lansdowne YMCA and have helped students with ADHD and social awkwardness. Our Styles The Cheng's Martial Arts System was founded by Paul Cheng in 2002. This system includes Sports Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Chang Moo Kwan, Okinawan Karate, RyuKyu Kempo, Tuide, Aikido, Hapkido, Chinese Kung Fu, and Kick Boxing. Mind & Body Training Martial arts training is more than learning kicks and punches. Martial arts is a lifestyle that teaches its students how to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
