Note from Coach Smith:

Hi Parents,

I hope everyone is doing well. Here is a quick reminder of our June schedule for Hastings Middle School Football.

Summer Conditioning (Middle School Only)

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

5:00–6:15 PM

Please have players picked up right at 6:15 PM

Optional MS Lift with High School Strength Staff

Tuesdays and Thursdays

12:00–1:00 PM at the High School

Players should arrive by 11:45 AM if they plan to participate

These sessions are a great opportunity for the kids to build strength, conditioning, and confidence heading into the fall. Attendance at the MS conditioning days is strongly encouraged.

Announcing Archie Griffin: Agonis Club Person of the Year for 2026

The Agonis Club Person of the Year Event was established in 1968 to honor individuals who demonstrate exceptional career achievement alongside remarkable leadership, kindness, and humility within the Central Ohio community.

This year, we are proud to honor Archie Griffin. As Woody Hayes once noted, Archie’s character as a human being surpasses even his legendary accomplishments on the football field. Originally titled "Flowers for the Living" in 1968, this annual tradition continues to celebrate excellence while supporting our mission to assist Central Ohio student-athletes.

From Hastings PTO...

🏀 Hoops Season Is Here — and So Is One of Our BIGGEST Fundraisers of the Year!

Basketball season is almost here, and that means our Hastings PTO Concession Stand is about to open! This is one of our largest fundraising efforts of the entire year, and we need YOUR help to make it a slam dunk for our students, staff, and school community. 💛🐻🖤

Our concession stand raises critical funds that support PTO programs all year long — everything from mini-grants to teacher appreciation to student activities. Volunteering just one shift makes a huge impact!

🙌 Students Can Earn Service Hours!
All middle school students are required to earn service hours this year:
🟡 6th Grade: 2 hours
⚫ 7th Grade: 3 hours
🟡 8th Grade: 4 hours
Students can work the concession stand with a parent or guardian — it’s fun, easy, and a great way to show school spirit!
