Each instructor has proven themselves to be effective operators on the streets of Los Angeles and as effective instructors to police officers. Not only did they have to be expert marksmen, they had to fit an all-around pedigree as people and instructors. You will find that in all employees of TSBT. All instructors are full-time police officers working specialized assignments. Each instructor bring
s their real world experiences to the teaching table– no fluff here, just real world tactics for real world problems. Each instructor will compliment a particular block of instruction, with a “this is what I did” story. These are not classroom jockeys teaching out of textbooks, they are seasoned veterans with decades of police and military service to share with our students. Safety is our top priority. There will never be more than four students per instructor. During live fire exercises, there will be no more than two students per instructor. This ensures safety and a truly safe instructor/student ratio. You will not find a better learning environment than the one we present. Do the research.
