Using what we have been training this month of April. Although it was the BJJ Gi class which we focused on this subject matter, it translates well into NoGi Jiu Jitsu.

This has been a long time coming. Lily has won just about every event except ADCC. Today she dug real deep and struck Gold in an impressive fashion. I know this was gratifying for her and I was honored to be a part of it. Way to go, you Wild Unicorn!
