You’ll want to quit... Don’t!
You’ll struggle... Push thru!
You’ll be in pain... Get stronger!
Follow the program and trust the process. Your trainer tells you to do cardio, do the damn cardio! Your trainer tells you to eat, then freaking eat! Your trainer tells you to get 6-8 hours of sleep, then sleep! Your trainer tells you to take the supplements, take the damn supplements!
You’ve tried it your way and what results did you get? You hire a trainer, but don’t want to do the work or complain! It’s to much food! I don’t want to get up that early! Why are we doing that exercise? I only like doing this or that exercise! Isn’t there another workout we can do instead?
When you find yourself thinking this way or asking these types of questions... Stand in front of the mirror naked and I’m sure you’ll find the answer to your questions or thoughts/concerns. If you have hired a trainer, it’s because you need the help of a professional. The same reasons we go see a doctor, call a plumber, go to the dentist or get auto repair done! I’m sure y’all aren’t questioning them in the same ways!
Trainers are there to support you, motivate you, push you to do the things that you don’t want to do, in order for you to reach your goals. But here’s my biggest pet peeve, most of our clients are parents and if their child was to act like they do, or question them, like y’all treat us Trainers, it’s time out, a butt whoopin, a lecture, etc... why? Because you’re the authority in your household. Well guess what, we’re the authority inside that gym you come to. Marinate on that for a minute the next time you want to “question” your trainer.
Now get to work and achieve your goals!
