You’re not failing. You’re human.
If the scale jumped 2–3 lbs overnight, most of the time it’s not fat — it’s water weight.
Common reasons: salt, more carbs, stress/poor sleep, or just more food in your system.
So don’t make a decision off one weigh-in.
