It’s been way too long since we put anything on here so here it is. After the big wreck with the 305, we felt defeated with racing in general and decided to take a short break and come back the following season. Well it’s been over 2 years now and we’ve been doing much needed “normal activities”. It’s been a needed mental break for zak and just constantly working a blue collar job 5-6 days a week and also trying to race for the past decade. So we felt obligated to take a break. We’ve always taken racing very seriously but we see the birds eye view of both sides of us on the inside of racing and the outside looking in. All the blood, sweat, tears and one of the most important thing is money because you can’t race without it. On the outside looking in, after you’ve done it for over a decade, you think to yourself, wow, it’s such a weight off my shoulders because of how much it takes to get the car on the track working 60 hours a week not counting the hours on the car. Besides the point, I know what you all are thinking but ITS NOT A RETIREMENT POST!! The itch to hop back in the seat is coming back and we all think it’s time to go back racing again! More relaxed this time with a great attitude towards it! We have decided to run the Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series tour once again for a possible full schedule, so we will see how it plays out and on the side, we will bring a return to the Mongoose Chassis 270 micro sprint to run once in awhile! We will see everyone in 2024!!! Of course we can’t thank our sponsors enough for sticking through this whole thing!
