We traded the gym floor for fresh air, festival vibes, and a whole lot of community at Lavender in the Village Festival.💜

Our Defined Fitness team had the best time at Lavender Fest meeting members, future members, families, friends, and so many amazing people from around the 505.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, took photos, asked questions, laughed with us, and brought the good energy.

Tell us in the comments: did we see you at Lavender Fest? 💐

Anxiety tried to win today.
BUT the gym had other plans. 🔥

The hardest part is getting through the door. But once you do,

The weight gives you something real to push against.
And one rep at a time, you start feeling like yourself again.

Bad day? Heavy thoughts? Low energy?
Start with movement.

Let us know if the gym has ever helped you turn your day around.

POV: You committed a gym foul and saw the whole thing. 🟨🟥

Not wiping down your machine?
Yellow card. 🟨

Throwing trash on the floor?
Red card. 🟥

Taking selfies in the restroom?
Straight to review. VAR is checking the tape. 👀

We love a good workout, a good laugh, and a good highlight reel — but the best gym energy comes from respecting the space and the people around you.

Play clean. Train hard. Keep Defined feeling like home. 💪

Tag the friend who needs this reminder… gently. 😅

Strength does not just happen.💪🏽

It is built one rep, one set, one class, and one decision at a time.

In Defined's Body Pump class, the energy is different. Body Pump is not about being perfect. It is about showing up, loading up, and proving to yourself that you have another rep in you.

The music is loud. 🎵
The weight is waiting. 🏋️‍♀️
The only thing missing is you.

Ready to feel it for yourself? Tag the person you want on the floor next to you. 👇

Before fitness trackers, wireless headphones, and phone tripods…
There was Defined. ❤️

These throwback photos from the late ’90s and early '00s are more than a look back, they’re a reminder that Defined Fitness has always been built by the people who walk through our doors.

A lot has changed over the years, the equipment, the styles, the playlists, maybe even the socks.🧦

But the heart of Defined has stayed the same: people showing up, putting in the work, building confidence, and becoming part of a community that feels bigger than a gym.

Comment with the year you first joined Defined!!🎉
