I will also be offering a speed and agility training. This will be helpful in any sport, not just baseball. Come out and do some of the things Temple College does in their off-season program and also some of the drills I did to stay in shape while training to go to spring training.

I will be offering a velocity training program, great way to build arm strength and gain a few MPH on your fastball. We will be doing things that are done all the way up through the Braves organization!
