Bio film is a build up that grows inside the piping, tubes,and your Jets.
If you Google bio film just remember it's treatable.
The chemistry in a hot tub is extremely important. Proper maintenance will protect you and your equipment.
Hot tubs also need to breathe
Even if you are not using it,the cover should be opened once a week to air out.
I see a lot of tubs with chemical burns the shape of the tub due to improper chemistry
Lack of fresh air.
