Welcome to Tri-ing For Life...we are the Endurance Store, Cycling Studio, Bike Fitting and Coaching for Southwest's Endurance Athletes.

Welcome to Tri-ing For Life, southwest Michigan's premiere business for endurance sport coaching, bike fitting and bike service and repair. I specialize in Road, TT and Triathlon bike fitting with a coach perspective each fit can be tailored for comfor or performance. Need your bike serviced I am accepting new bikes in my stable of annual service plan clients. I will keep track of all repairs for your bike. service plans vary, but typically include a spring and fall tune-up as well as free flat repair, parts are extra of course. don't want a service plan, no problem I also take reservations for tune-ups, service and builds. I also have you covered if you need coaching for endurance sports such as Triathlon, swimming, cycling, or running.

Tonight our Bears host Portage Northern at the High School track. Field events start at 4pm and track events at 5pm.

Tri-ing For Life Tri Squad is getting ready to dive in for Steelhead 70.3 2022 training.

Last call to join the squad beginning Oct 1. Training will be executed via Training Peaks. I highly recommend a turbo trainer and to have an active Zwift account for group rides and testing.

Recruiting has begun for 2022 T4Life Triathlon Distance Squad.

If you're interested in doing half iron distance races in 2022 this is a call for you to join the squad.

Squad will target 2 half distance races in 2022. Early season race would be Stealhead 70.3 and a later distance race TBD by squad members.

Squad will include a periodized plan for both races. There will be 2 plans: 1. For those looking to complete the race the first time or maybe a PR from a precious finish, 2. For those who are more competitive and looking to place in Age Group.
