We will see YOU at our Second Annual Community Salt Day!!! Though are enjoying land operations & summer sun, we are thinking ahead to stay prepared for winter. ❄️

We will have more 5 gallon salt buckets of sidewalk salt to help keep your home safe in the winter. Still have your bucket from last year? Bring it back to be refilled & you’ll get a coffee or donut, on US!

So mark that date in your calendar, we will see you November 7th!!

Hey Sheridan!!!! We have been working on planning Salt Day 2026!!! You all loved our first salt day back in November, we are working on a bigger and better event for you this year!

We are looking for a local coffee truck and/or donut vendor willing to setup at our event this year. Let us know who you know that would be great!!! ⬇️☕️🍩

We’ve taken a little social media break after a busy winter. But behind the scenes we’ve been busy fixing equipment, closing out winter seasonals, and prepping for Green Season.

In the meantime, we are excited for Sheridan Community Recreation starting back up spring sports! We are proud to be a sponsor of Spring Soccer. Good luck to all the teams this season! ⚽️

We are seeing 100 feet of visibility in some open areas on rural roads. As the sun goes down we expect to see slick spots and minor drifting.

Please drive slow, when the snow bands come across the road the 100 ft visibility goes down quickly. Sudden breaking can cause sliding and potential accidents. Be careful out there!

Hold on tight, Hoosiers. Spring is within arms reach!!!

Crews have been out all day salting bridges, and overpasses as well as monitoring roadways. Nighttime crews will be out overnight doing the same. Just continue to use caution at intersections potential hazard spots.

Possible spring storms in the radar??

A quick glance at the simulated radar for tomorrow evening at 5PM ET showing strong to severe storms developing across the area (all modes of severe weather possible in Central and Southern IN/OH). Our team is working on detailed updates and insights on Clarity this AM!

Certainly concerned about the timing of this with school dismissal, after-school activities and the PM commute.
