The team was founded in 2003 by the Micheal and Christopher Stringfellow. With Michael (my father) parting ways with the team within the past years it will now just be CSR and will be totally funded by myself and any sponsor willing to help. In 2003 the team was founded and took part in the RaceSaver 305 Series. With some things changing around at the end of 2005, in 2006 we joined the 600 micro scene. Between the years of 2006 - 2008 with Christopher behind the wheel of the Kawi powered Hyper we brought home several top 5 and top 10 finishes. With the tough economic times we were forced to get out of racing from 2008 - 2010 where Christopher tried to put a car together but things never came together for it. In 2013 things turned around for the team and we were able to put a car together for the final few races in the 2013 season. Hoping to come back with a vengeance in the 2014 season with a 2 car 600 micro team, CSR will be using the last few races in the 2013 season as an R&D opportunity with a Suzuki Gsxr 600 powered RTS chassis.

Sorry it has been so long since we have posted! We are currently in rebuild mode for the 2020 season and were hoping to have more information on schedules for the year. I will also be updating pictures from the past year of racing.

It has been a while since I’ve posted on here! We’ve had a exciting year but it is quickly coming to an end! We have 4 races left for the season and we will start preparing for next year. I’d like to take the time to thank everyone that has been involved in the last year to make this team what it is today.

Sometimes family, friends, and even fans question whether or not it is worth strapping into a race car week in and week out. The ones who have never experienced the feeling of being behind the wheel may never understand how it makes a racer feel. In our minds, We know the risk that every time we put that helmet on and pull those belts tight, give everyone the knuckle bumps and high fives, give the I love you's and good lucks, That it may be the last time we do any of that. We as racers, accept that risk as do our loved ones because they know we are doing something we love. Saturday, One of the greatest drivers of our era and possibly one of the greatest drivers in the sport of auto racing was taken from us doing something that he loved. He devoted his life to racing and he not only showed that on the track but off the track also. It is with heavy hearts that everyone here at the speed shop send condolences the the Clauson family at this time. Bryan was a Wonderful person and also a great and fierce competitor.

After the first 4 weeks of racing, we have a heat win and 2 top 3 finishes with the ACMS Stock Series. we have been improving every week. We have taken a 2 week break and we will be back in action on August 6th at Path Valley again. The team is very consistent and everything has been great right out of the box. We are excited to get back to the track with the full crew again.

08 RTS widebody with 10 updates. Complete race ready car or roller. Most everything under the car is new. (axles, bearings ect.) I have some spares that go with it such as wheels, front axle, torsion bars, and a few other things. Has a fuel forward tank on it. Asking $7000 for race ready car with a 636 kawi and guhl injection minus shocks. Will part with the roller plus spares for $5000. The car must go before the motor. [email protected]
