✨ Life feels lighter when you finally choose YOU.
No more shrinking to fit someone else’s version of who you “should” be. No more dimming your light to make others comfortable.

I’ve lost myself more times than I can count. I’ve rebuilt from the ground up. I’ve tried to mold myself into expectations that never felt true to my soul…until I realized how suffocating that was.

This time, the choice is different.
This time, I’m choosing authenticity. 💫

Four years ago, I stepped away from the fitness space I built. I was proud of the lives I helped change, but I lost myself in the process. Since then, I’ve tried to rebuild more times than I can count…but each attempt fell short because I didn’t yet know what I truly wanted this to become.

Now, after time, space, and a lot of reflection, I finally see it clearly. Awakening Strength isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about rebuilding from a calm place. It’s about finding your strength without the burnout, and creating peace that lasts.
