You don't have to minimize what you're feeling because someone else “has it worse.” You don't have to wait until you're at a breaking point to ask for help.

Talking about what you're going through is not a burden. It's a step toward support.

You don't have to carry it alone.

You don't have to have the right words. You don't have to know how to fix everything.

Sometimes, the most important thing you can do is stay connected...reach out, listen, sit with someone, and remind them they don't have to face a difficult moment alone.

Connection can be a lifeline.

Check in. Start the conversation. Stay connected.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 for 24/7 crisis support.

MEET YOUR CLINICIAN | KATREIL KOMET, LMSW

With a little over 4 years of clinical experience, Katreil works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma.

His approach is direct, honest, and focused on getting to the root—not just managing the symptoms.

One area he especially focuses on? Negative core beliefs.

The thoughts that quietly tell us:

“I’m not good enough.”
“I’m a failure.”
“Something is wrong with me.”

Katreil helps clients understand where these beliefs came from, challenge the patterns they create, and begin building a healthier, more grounded sense of self.

Using CBT and EMDR, he helps clients work through difficult experiences, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and recognize that what happened to you does not define who you are.

His favorite part of being a clinician?
Helping clients break through the beliefs that have been holding them back—and finally see the strengths that were there all along.

Therapy can feel intimidating. You don't have to navigate it alone.

If you're in Western New York and ready to take the first step, Katreil is here to help.

Some people are struggling in ways you may never see.

A smile doesn't always mean someone is okay.
Showing up doesn't always mean someone isn't hurting.
And asking for help doesn't mean someone is weak.

Check in. Listen without judgment. Take them seriously.

You don't need to have the perfect words. Sometimes, simply saying:

“I’m here. You don’t have to go through this alone.”

can be the beginning of something that changes everything.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 for 24/7 crisis support.

There is help. There is support. There is still a next step.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because change happens overnight.

But because choosing to understand yourself, work through what hurts, and create something healthier is an investment in the life you’re still becoming.

Meet Your Clinician: Rachel Rogers, LMHC 🤍

With 7 years of clinical experience, Rachel works with adults 21+ navigating postpartum challenges, grief and loss, divorce, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.

For Rachel, being a clinician is about more than providing support—it’s about joining someone on their healing journey.

Her favorite part is watching clients grow, overcome obstacles, and recognize the progress they’ve made along the way. She also believes that being part of someone else’s journey can be a reminder to continue reflecting on and growing through her own.

Because healing isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about continuing to grow, adapt, and find new ways forward. 🌱

We’re so grateful to have Rachel as part of our team!

Meet Your Clinician: Cheney Brockington, LCSW🌹

With 8 years of clinical experience, Cheney specializes in anxiety, generational and cultural trauma, relationships, boundary-setting, assertive communication, and self-esteem.

What she loves most about being a clinician? Creating a space where clients can finally see themselves...sometimes for the very first time.

Cheney believes that you are the person with the power to change your life. Her role is to help you acknowledge your pain, process your losses, find your “no” and “no more,” and build boundaries that make space for the healthiest, most authentic version of you.

✨ Healing starts with being willing to see yourself and knowing you deserve to be seen.

We’re so grateful to have Cheney as part of our team.
