Hello!

We are surveying everyone to see if there is interest in a workshop with Internal Arts Grandmaster, Sifu Tsou. Sifu Tsou is the founder of our Great Learning Program at Socratic Focus and Atheneum School. From the Historic District of Taipei, Taiwan, Sifu has a lifelong study and practice of healing, martial arts, nutrition, scholarship and philosophy. He has greatly benefitted many Alaskans over the past 30 years: some with health problems unsolved by any other doctors, some wanting higher levels of education, some wanting deeper Tai Chi/Internal Arts study, some interested in East and West approaches, some interested in a preventative, personal, mindful exercise.

This workshop will give a personal practice for optimal health and well-being for those just starting to those at advanced levels. Any age or condition is welcome. Time with Sifu Tsou is always an amazing and enlightening experience!

When: April 11-12th, Thursday and Friday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm.

Fee: $350.

Location: TBA.
