We are only 9 days away from starting school and rowing practice, so we thought we would invite any NSC student or faculty you up to Lake Las Vegas for a 2 hour "Intro to Rowing". You will get to meet your coaches and teammates, we will show you the facilities and get you on the Concept2 rowing machines (ergometers) to show you the proper technique and then we will then go down to the boats and dock and show you the basic movements of rowing. It should be a fun way to get to know our sport.
Please wear athletic gear and running shoes. Park in the main parking garage on Strada Di Villaggio at the lower level, walk up the steps by the big orange dumpster, turn left and look for the Lake Las Vegas Rowing Club clubhouse at 35 Via Brianza.
