I’ve helped hundreds of people get out of pain so they can get back to living their lives…
Not with Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Reiki or anything like that
And definitely without all the hassle of always having to drive around to those appointments
I’ve helped them with my Pain2Performance program that anyone can do - even from home.
And we’ve done some pretty incredible things! Here’s the breakdown…
Phase 1 - Total body ‘Reset’ where we decompress your joints and release muscular tension for a postural reset which calms your nervous system as much as possible to give your body a chance to heal. This is where we also reintroduce joint mobility and functionality to improve your movement and reduce compensations.
Phase 2 - Realign your posture to take all unnecessary stress off your joints and improve coordination (movement efficiency)
Phase 3 - Reinforce posture, mobility, functionality and movement patterns while increasing intensity
Phase 4 - Rebuild is where we really crank up your training to ensure health and longevity
Phase 5 - Realize is where you finish the program and realize your goals
My goal is to get you healthy and pain free, your goal is to look and feel amazing. Both of us accomplish our goals through each phase.
It’s like going 0-100 in a safe way
It’s like taking 1 or 2 steps back so you can take 3 giant leaps forward
But it all starts with rebuilding you from the ground up.
Your deepest layers of core, nervous system, mental and emotional health, physical fitness
And we do all this while you are working towards your fitness goals - whatever they are.

You have plenty of mediocre massage therapists, and plenty of ok trainers that follow social media fads…
I was a Bodywork Therapist and Performance Trainer at the same time for much of my career. That’s why people liked working with me. Instead of having to go to all these different places, they could save time, money and energy and get everything they needed in one. Plus I was able to customize a plan that included (fitness, nutrition and bodywork therapy) with knowledge and experience that many other trainers or therapists didn't have.
I have worked with athletes in the NFL, MLB, MLS, Pro Boxing and Bodybuilding (IFBB, WBFF) along with the general population in general fitness and Crossfit. I also have competed in several different triathlons like Ironman.

You could keep going to physical therapy (even though you’ve probably already been there too long) and they may help you with your dysfunctions, but rarely do they help with alignment, lifestyle, fitness or nutrition
You could keep going to chiro (even though you’ve probably already been there too long) and they may help you with your alignment, but rarely do they help with dysfunctions, lifestyle, fitness or nutrition. BTW if your chiro spends less than 30 mins with you - you need to fire them. Most times it’s 10 mins - crack crack crack - see you next week and they just want to keep you coming back. Your body will always snap, crackle and pop but they never get to the underlying issues.
You could keep going to your trainer and they may help you with your fitness and nutrition, but they don’t help with alignment, dysfunctions, mobility restrictions
I teach you how to accomplish all those things in a much quicker time for a fraction of the price with way less effort. Notice how I said “I teach you” because unlike them, I don’t want to keep taking your money forever. I want to help you reach and then maintain your goals so you can get back to living your best life.
