We have a class today at 10 am so if you're right on the cusp of matcha, Alo, and emotional stability verses suspiciously flexible schedule this class is a perfect blend of that same calm chaos 🫶🏻😂

Our 75 min VinYin class this morning at 10am has the right balance of yin and yang to get the day going. Enjoy a bit of energizing movement with a nice wind-down of deep grounding stretches.

Can't make it today or into a different style? We have a variety of classes all week and can guarantee there's something for everyone. All levels are welcome..

We have something for everyone! There's lots of great classes coming up and some specialty 90 minute ones as well at the studio.

A gentle 90-minute workshop focused on movement, alignment, mobility & practical stretches to help support a healthier back. Few spaces remain!

🪘Sat. Aug. 15 - Drum Sound Therapy —
Slow down, unplug and experience a peaceful sound journey through the therapeutic vibrations of the drum.

🥋 Sat. Aug. 15 & 29 - Women’s Self-Defense 101
Build confidence while learning practical skills for real-life situations. Choose one class or attend both. Beginners encouraged!

Specialty classes require a minimum number of registrations. If minimum enrollment is not met 48 hours before, the class will be canceled and removed from the schedule. Please don't wait until the day of the event to register as it may not be there and walk-ins won't be accommodated.

This Friday, everyone's at the lake. 🌅

Sunset Market is back at Sahuarita Lake, and this one's got a little bit of everything. Come browse handmade goods from local makers, grab dinner from the food lineup, and settle in as the sun goes down over the water.

Setting the mood this week: live music from Angel Perez, a Tucson singer-songwriter who moves easily between country, Americana, and Spanish flamenco. It's the perfect soundtrack for a lakeside Friday night.
