Happy Half Year🎆 Six down, six to go!
I learned something about pirates this week that led to an unexpected reflection on goals, treasure, and the first half of the year. As a result, July's events calendar is now a treasure map.
If you'd like to know how we got here (and receive my weekly newsletter full of yoga, community events, and the occasional unexpected life lesson), click the link in my bio!
Event details are there too🏴‍☠️

June Yoga Series at Spring Creek Gardens 🧘🌿

Every month we gather in the gardens - this June we have two sessions on the books. Come move, breathe, and enjoy the space.

Wednesday, June 10th | Happy Hour Yoga | 5:30 to 6:30 PM | $15 per person
Friday, June 26th | Brunch Yoga | 10:30 to 11:30 AM | $15 per person

Tickets available at the link in bio under Happenings.

In a completely unscientific study, 9 out of 10 participants recommended Happy Hour Yoga.
The 10th got distracted by the garden center and never finished the survey.

Looking for something a little different this summer?

Join me for Aqua Yoga: a playful, supportive practice that combines gentle movement with the natural buoyancy of the water. It's easy on the joints, refreshing for the body, and just plain fun.

Come a little early to enjoy some pool time, move and stretch together in the water, and then stay afterward for light refreshments and conversation. Think less "fitness class" and more "summer self-care with good company."

Your registration includes:
💦 Up to 25 minutes of pre-class pool time
💦 A 60-minute Aqua Yoga class
💦 Pool noodles provided
💦 Light refreshments after class
💦 A chance to connect with a wonderful community

Space is limited, and registration is required. All classes are from 10:30 to 11:30 am:

June 9 • Saltwater Pool (near Hollywood Park)
June 16 • Traditional Pool (near Borgfeld off Canyon Golf Rd)
July 7 • Saltwater Pool (near Hollywood Park)
July 14 • Traditional Pool (near Borgfeld off Canyon Golf Rd)
*Both locations are within 15 minutes of Bulverde. Exact addresses given with RSVP*

Ready to make a splash? RSVP through the link in bio (or comment below and I'll send you the details!).
