Hi friends,
Thanks so much for voting and supporting me in the Ultimate Explorer competition. With the hurricane Helene’s flooding, escaping fallen trees, lines, no power and no gas situation being on a real-life-survival-adventure, cooking for the community everyday and hurricane children program, I could not follow up on the competition. I let it go. It didn’t feel important than attending to what is needed out of me for the situation in hand. I think I would lose in this round. So very grateful for all the love you have poured on me to win. Being part of the community getting together to support each other during this hurricane has been wildly joyful and touching and that I consider as my win, and special thanks to Valley Bear Farms for supporting all of us big time in Balsam Grove, NC 🏆❤️🙇‍♀️🙏🏽

What an Amazing & Adventurous Year full of travel, fun, friends and food during our Hatha Yatra.

It has been exactly 365 days since we had our first class with only one participant on Jan 19th 2017. At that time we had no idea where this journey would take us, but every step of the way Grace has been with us keeping us going. We have experienced so many unexpected twists and turns. There have been hard times as well, but all of it has enriched our lives in many different ways.

We started with a target of reaching 1000 participants in our first year and we reached 1008 on Jan 19th 2018 and we are honored that 589 of those people took their first Isha class with us.

After 8 States, 26 Cities, 136 classes, 189 sessions and 445.3 hours, we would like to bow down to each and everyone one of you that has crossed our path. May you be well in this coming year and our best wishes and love to all.

Namaskaram Everyone, here is the second chapter of our Hatha Yatra. It has has been a wild ride. Sorry that we have gotten behind a bit. We are happy to say that we have been teaching a lot, which means time can be limited. But we should have something for you guys every week hereafter. Stay tuned for the updates and explorations.
