NOVEMBER’S VALLEY STAR: Alyssa 🌟

Alyssa came to us with an athletic background, can-do attitude and heart of gold. Her willingness to jump into new things (like The Open just a few weeks after starting CrossFit?!) or try new movements, sign up for any athletic endeavor and say yes to any party with a theme is unmatched. She is always listening to coaching cues and taking feedback with a big smile on her face. What a fantastic addition to CFRV she has been and now she’s a Valley Star. Great job, Alyssa!

The Big E has a choke hold on this town, but the traffic didn’t stop our members from being committed! Even some of our members who may hold stock in the big e (or maybe they give out committed club stickers too ?? 😂) made the list, so excuses are not valid here! Turn those excuses into REASONS to make the club and collect a sticker and we will see your name on that October list 👀

OCTOBER’S VALLEY STAR: CHRISTINE 🌟

Christine has certainly put in the work and earned the title of valley star! She has made massive improvements since she first started CrossFit, she’s consistent, doesn’t complain or make excuses and is extremely coachable. She’s such a hard worker, always willing to try something new and to top it off she’s a kind and wonderful human. A committed club regular, her hard work has not gone unnoticed by the coaches. Great job, Christine!!

BIG NEWS ‼️
•
On the same day we planned to present Anna with the fundraising money, she was given the incredible news that all scans came back CANCER FREE ! This is far greater news than any amount we could have given her but what a wonderful way to culminate our fundraising efforts. We were able to raise more than DOUBLE what we have in the two previous years of Get Fit, Give Back with Anthony Gulluni for District Attorney and that is a true testament to what a wonderful person Anna Borowik is and what she means to this community. Thank you once again to all of those involved in making it a success for Anna, and we wish her nothing but good health for all days to come.
