Friends University running back Dontaye Rivera brings you his new dynamic workout program "GetRight4Christ". The program brings you a variety of workouts for every age and level of fitness. So whether you haven't seen a gym in months or even years, or you a regular gym rat GetRight4Christ has something for you. Between yoga, calisthenics, weight training, custom workouts, nutrition plans, proper training, and motivation you are sure to reach your fitness goals. Remember, your body is a temple, you should treat it like one.

Get right for Christ. Sign up for personal training classes with Friends Univesity running back Dontaye Rivera now! $10/session or $50/month unlimited sessions (Introductory price only)... Childcare, personalized workouts, and nutrition plans available at an additional cost. Morning and evening sessions available. Schedule is coming soon.
