The main goal here is to have fun, sweat together with some fun tunes, chat, and do something social that is good for our body too! No fitness level required; no need for your best performance! Just join us to work a little or to work a lot! Head out after the workout OR stay for a chat with the girls, some refreshments & snacks, use the open gym for a little extra foam rolling or stretching post workout too!
