Too many times ( especially at the younger levels) I hear this from well meaning coaches and parents. It usually results in the pitcher slowing every thing down and aiming the ball, which in turn leads to poor mechanics and even worse results.Learn to trust your training, take care of business at the rubber, and the results will take care of themselves.
