Threw in some barbell squats.. damn they are heavier than I remember. Great workout with my friends swipe for todays workout + calf raises not recorded.

The first couple weeks of starting something new is challenging, you'll want to give up or even try to find an easy alternative. Keep your focus, it does get easier. Find accountability for that first month and never look back.
