Proud of my Dad for wanting it take back his health, and excited that he’s trusting me to help him along the way.

Here are a few videos of the progress we have made since starting in September. Progressing our planks to the bosu ball while increasing the time of our holds. He has also increased his NG push-up ROM and strength.

I’ll be highlighting more of his progressions in the future.
