Cold Plunge! Let’s talk about it!!!!
I get it! It’s uncomfortable, it’s COLD and who in the world willing wants to put themselves through that?!
Umm NO ONE! …..
If you knew the benefits and how amazing it is for your mind, body and spirit… I think you would have a different opinion… yes yes yes I get it.. “no Dana HE** NO” …hear me out!
Sometimes the biggest obstacle is our mind… our body can withstand A LOT!! But our mind is so tricky and talks out of things..
We cold plunge for the physical benefits for sure… I’ll list them below…
HOWEVER…. It really trains your mind and your spirit that it’s OK, to be uncomfortable and it’s OK, to do hard things!! Life is hard, uncomfortable and challenging but if we constantly let ourselves be comfortable how do we deal with hard things/ uncomfortable things on the daily? Cold plunge is a great way to get out of your head, heart and comfort to prepare you for the everyday challenges we and you will face.. I know that if I can withstand being uncomfortable for just a few min a day I can really mentally tackle ANYTHING!!
