iversity of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, where I earned my BS with a major in Health Promotion & Wellness and a minor in Strength & Conditioning. Since then, I have furthered my education as a certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Specialist, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and future Behavior Change Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. I have had the pleasure of teaching people ranging from adolescence through older adults, beginners through elite athletes, and those with special needs. Professional and driven to achieve results through building healthy life-long relationships and meticulous planning.
