Happy Healthy Hump Day!

One of the best wellness lessons I've learned is that growth often happens quietly before anyone sees it.

I met Casper through homeless outreach, but our friendship quickly became so much more than that.

He was always smiling. He never complained about his situation. He always stopped to pray with me. And somehow, he always found a way to sneak in a kiss 😏

The last time I saw him, he told me I was glowing.

He had no idea how much I needed to hear that.

He probably never knew how much he touched my life either.

Grateful to have known him.
Grateful to have served alongside him.
Grateful for every prayer.
Grateful for every stolen kiss.

Rest easy, my friend. You will be missed.
