For many of us, the last two years have been rough. With this in mind, we made our app free. If you trying to get started with workouts and don't know where to begin, or if you want to add variety your existing routines, have a look at our program and routine library. If you are trying to lose weight, and dont know where to start, use our food log. Its free- all of it.
As we begin to work on this project again, your honest feedback is extremely valuable to us and will directly help shape our actions moving forward.

Eating healthy can be hard. We evolved to crave sweet and salty calorific foods which enabled us to withstand times of scarcity. The problem is, we now live in an era of abundance and usually have easy access to our favorite unhealthy sweet and salty snacks.

So what can we do to fight these cravings?
-
Try and be intentional about what and how you eat, pulling yourself off autopilot wherever possible. Log your food in our nutrition log!

Know what you crave, don’t purchase your unhealthy favorites and keep healthy alternatives in your pantry. If you love salty things like chips, try swapping them out for something like zucchini chips or kale chips! If you have a big sweet tooth, skip the brownies and ice cream and try things like dark chocolate dipped fruit or berries and greek yogurt.
