AKS Farms AKS Farms - boutique equine boarding and training facility located in Norwalk, Iowa. Specializing in high-level care, training, and coaching.

AKS Farms is a full service Equine facility specializing in training Arabian and Half-Arabian horses and riding instruction. We are conveniently located just off of HWY 5 and Fleur Dr. about two miles from the Des Moines International Airport. We compete at the local, regional, national and international level in the Saddle Seat, Hunt Seat and Western divisions, and are home to 2006 Saddle Seat Equitation World Cup Gold Medalist and 12-time National Champion Alexis Scott.

A BIG Congratulations goes out to Frankie Wong and Lola Svec for their beautiful presentations last night in the Iowa State Fair Junior and Senior Cowgirl Queen Contests! Frankie won 2nd Attendant (3rd overall) and Lola took First Attendant (2nd) in their respective divisions out of over 50 girls each! Both girls put in countless hours in and out of the saddle and we are SO proud of how well they represented not only themselves, but the Arabian breed as well! Way to go, ladies!!!! ❤️❤️👑

We are blessed to have two girls representing the Iowa AHA in the Iowa State Fair Cowgirl Queen Contest this year!! Frankie and Baby are this year’s Junior Queen contestants, and will be showing Friday night in the Junior Queen Contest starting at 6:30 in the Jacobsen Center! Come join the AKS Crew and cheer them on!!!!
