פירטת טרופים בשלל צבעים בתוספת כדורי חמאת אגוזים וקוקוס עשירים בכל טוב וטעימים ביותר 😋😋😋

ידוע שאגוזי מלך הם הכי עשירים באומגה -3 מכל שאר האגוזים והאמת שאני עוד לא מצאתי חמאת אגוזים באף חנות ולכן החלטתי להכין לבד.

בנוסף, לא ניתן לתת לפעוטות אגוזים ושקדים כפי שהם אז זה מהווה פתרון מושלם 👌

הנה מתכון קל ופשוט ומשתלם:

🥥כוס אגוזים מלך טבעיים (עדיף אורגניים)
🥥שתי כפות זרעי פשתן טחונים - עשירים גם הם באומגה 3 ובסיבים תזונתיים (אופציונלי)
🥥כף גדושה שמן קוקוס בכבישה קרה
🥥תמר או שניים להמתקה טבעית
🥥קינמון טחון (אופציונלי למי שאוהב)

טוחנים הכל במעבד מזון עד מרקם חלק.
יוצא מאד סמיך וניתן להכין כדורים קטנים או לאכול עם כפית.
*ניתן גם להפוך את זה לקינוח אם מוסיפים כוס תמרים (עדיף אחרי שהושרו כמה דקות במים רותחים)

Campfire 🔥 meditation & yoga 🧘‍♀️, archery 🏹 climbing 🧗‍♀️ zip line 🤸🏻‍♀️ hiking 🥾 mindfulness 🙏🏼, pumping 🍼(lol) and much needed QT with my girls!!!

The fall weather made the scenery even more special 🍂

Oh how excited I am every time I get my new supply of Complete powder!!! 🤩😃

After so many years of exploring with different protein/meal replacement powders, I can’t even describe what a pleasure and peace of mind it gives me to know I’m providing my body the BEST!!!

Something about me:
