High Intensity Training,LLC HIT offers premier skill training workout and evaluation programs for all athletes.

HIT Owner, Chad Carpenter, has over 20 years of high school, college and professional athletic training, playing and coaching experience as a high school and college standout, an NFL draftee, and an Arizona high school champion in 2015 as WR coach for Chandler High School. Carpenter currently has a training roster of teens, preps, current Division I athletes, NFL, NBA, NHL draft hopefuls, and professional players.
