Summer Partner Throwdown The Summer Partner Throwdown (SPT) is a fitness competition designed for two person teams of 2 males, 2 females, or coed in RX and scaled divisions.

Saturday, July 16, 2022! The Summer Partner Throwdown 2022 (SPT) is the original competition of Southeast Louisiana. SPT started in the summer of 2012 to get more people involved in the competition side of the SPORT we have all came to love. SPT is about challenging yourself to push past your comfort zone, but with the support of a team member. Over the years it has became one of the popular events through out Louisiana, pulling athletes from Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. After the success of last years event, the organizers of the event went to the drawing board on how to make this event bigger and better than ever. All team events will be on Saturday. All RX teams in their respected division (2 males, 2 females, and coed) will be fighting for the TOP spot as well as cash money. The release of all WODs will not be released until a few days leading up to the event. Expect the unexpected!! Until then, train hard, train smart, be safe, and have FUN!!! The SPT is looking forward to a great few months of prepping and programming for the event. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor/vendor, volunteer and/or judge you can contact Brad Patti by email at: [email protected]
