Getting started is as easy as coming in to our free intro class or trying out a free trial class. You can sign up for a time on our website at NSXFit.com If you need any help please email us at ([email protected]) or call (509.845.9796)

Our free intro is a quick chat to answer any questions you might have. Before you sign up first ask yourself: Am I ready? Am I ready to sweat and learn? Am I ready to embrace the uncomfortable as my new comfortable? Am I ready to become a better person and live a better life? Am I ready to live a healthier life? CrossFit is designed to push you to your mental and physical limitations. Once they are reached we will push you passed them, breaking you apart and rebuild you (in a fun and enjoyable way), we will have you doing things you have never done before or ever thought you could do. Once you have completed the free trial class your coach will guide you through the next steps in making you the athlete you are striving to be. During our visit if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Ok, everyone has been waiting for me to do math on my fingers and toes so that I can announce our Sept-Oct 26 CEC. Well it is my pleasure to announce that Jon Weston Jr. is our winner!!!!

He had a positive change in body comp of 38.82%. Jon has been with us for a little over 2 and a half months. In those two and a half months, he has lost nearly 60 lbs while retaining the muscle mass he started with and also gaining 9 lbs of lean mass in just the last 6 weeks. Nice work Jon. Come get with me for your $1000 prize!!!

Our October Athlete of the Month is….. Enrique Ingia!!
