8 years of sweat, strength, and growth 💪🏼
This month we’re celebrating Kelli— our Member of the Month and a true example of what resilience looks like.
This post is bittersweet, as we celebrate everything Kelli has accomplished at CW, while simultaneously saying goodbye, as she’ll be moving across the country!
From the beginning Kelli has shown up with focus, heart, and dedication — not just to her fitness, but to her mental health and wellbeing too. Over the years, we’ve watched her confidence soar, her strength multiply, and her mindset evolve. She reminds us all that real power isn’t just lifting weights — it’s getting back up every time life knocks you down. 🖤
We couldn’t be prouder of everything shes achieved here & wish her the best on her next chapter!
Here’s what Kelli had to say 👇🏼
Q. What surprised you the most about working with us?
A. Honestly, how committed I became to training twice a week for the last nearly 8 years! CW classes have such a comfortable, welcoming feel that it’s become my ultimate mental offload—I just have to show up. It’s the perfect mix: I feel totally at ease, yet I’m still consistently being challenged
Q. What made you choose CW over other gyms?
A. I originally found Lexie on Instagram and was immediately drawn to her energy and how accessible she made training feel. She made it clear her approach wasn’t about a ‘quick fix’—it was about a sustainable lifestyle change. That’s exactly what I was looking for, and years later, it’s still the best investment I’ve made in myself.
Q. What are three benefits you’ve experienced as a result of working out at CW?
A. CW is so much more than a gym. The best part is the mental break- I book the session, show up and trust the trainers to put me to work. Physically I don’t think I could show up in life the way I do without training. What has kept me coming back is the community, from bringing friends in as well as building new long-term connections, it has made staying consistent worth it.
I’m going to miss Lexie and the team at CW so much! Thank you for bringing out the ‘gym girl’ in the girl who hates working out 💪🩷
