Lingcod season is going really good with the weather helping a lot. Had a great time with Bill Bartlet and family from Montana. Locals Tim and Fae Coleman and their relatives had a great catch. The Hawaiian crew did well also. Lots of halibut 30-50 pounds.

Had some really bad weather and we’ve had some great weather in July. The fishing has been good, not like 20 years ago good but lots of nice halibut, huge rock fish and yellow eye rockfish. Add a lingcod for everyone and you have a good batch of fish. And we’ve also been blessed with a great whale show.

We’ve had a lot of wind and harsh weather this year, but we’ve also had a lot of really good fishing. The days we get to go all the way down south are Phenomenal. Even the days we didn’t get down south were pretty darn good.
